Testimonies

Allene Slagle requested prayer for her father from the members of the Healing Class. Her dad’s leg had been injured in a home accident, and was very swollen and sore. He had difficulty bending his knee or moving. Our class prayed for him and commanded healing to him in Jesus' Name; and two weeks later, Allene reported that her father said he knew that she had prayed for him because his leg was so much improved. He was able to use it without pain. Glory to Jesus! (Jan. 27, 2010)

Mike Hand requested prayer from Carolyn & Roger Flanagan following the service on Sunday, April 4, 2010; and was able to testify immediately afterward that God had ministered a great peace to his heart.

Connie Keller says that she asked Schlyce Jimenez to pray for her knee at the Friday Night Meeting on 02-05-2010. Connie says her knee had been bothering her all that day, even locking up from time to time. Schlyce laid hands on the knee and commanded healing, whereupon Connie said it felt like a pack of Icy Hot had been applied to her knee. She said the pain went away and by the next morning it was totally healed and flexible! Thank You, Jesus!

Roger spoke with Lee Gardner the 3rd week of January 2010, and Lee asked Roger to pray for his father because his father had been diagnosed with prostate cancer. Roger and Lee agreed in prayer. Lee phoned Roger on 02-08-2010 to say that his Dad no longer has cancer! The doctors have changed their diagnosis! Praise the Lord!

While he was in Liberia, Pastor Joe prayed for healing for a man who had been ill for about 9 months, and it affected his voice and made it raspy. After Pastor prayed, the man was made whole and was able to speak. He actually shouted while sharing his testimony the next day in church! (Oct. 2009) We rejoice in Your goodness, Lord!

While on a recent missions trip, Pastor Joe prayed for healing for a woman in Liberia who had just come home from the hospital. She was very fatigued. The Lord healed her instantly, and she was rejoicing over the goodness of God. (Oct. 2009) Praise the Lord.

“My roommate, Audrey, broke two of her toes while jumping rope the other day. We prayed for her, and not only did we see gold dust appear on her foot, but by the next day her toes were only a little sore! God healed her broken toes!!” (Samantha Flanagan sent this testimony via email on 10-6-2009.) Glory Hallelujah!

On Friday, 09-25-2009, Marge Tornga shared her grandson’s testimony of complete healing with us. The members of the healing class had prayed with Marge for him some months ago, and Marge continued to stand in faith on his behalf. He is now able to play his favorite sports once again. Glory to Jesus!

Martha Pucket testified on 09-14-2009 that she is completely healed of blindness, and she is now able to drive her car. All honor and glory to Jesus, the Healer! (See her other testimonies in June 2008 and September 2008.)

Samantha Flanagan attended the Friday night service at Bethel Church in Redding, CA on 09-12-2009. She had had trouble with both of her shoulders for the past three or four years due to injuries to them. They had a tendency to pop out of joint. During the praise and worship service at Bethel, Samantha said both of her shoulders began to hurt. She said that she was aware that she’d have to be careful about how she raised her arms to the Lord so as to protect the shoulder joints.
