Testimonies

Martha Puckett spoke to Roger Flanagan over the phone on September 10th and gave him these two testimonies. (1) Martha had been having severe financial difficulties, and she didn’t know what would happen. Roger prayed with her for a financial breakthrough. After a few weeks, Martha received a huge check in the mail! She was able to pay all of her bills, give money to her church, start a Roth IRA, and have a LOT of money left over! Hallelujah to Jehoveh Jireh, our Provider!

Art Dubiel had injured his right arm in a fall from a ladder. While at church on August 24th, Roger prayed for Art for healing. On Sunday, 08-31-08, Art told Jeaninehis daughter, that his arm was healed. Thank You, Jesus!

Mike Hand’s dad had recently been diagnosed with lung cancer, and the doctors said that it had metastasized to other areas. After Roger Flanagan spent two to three weeks giving Mike’s dad Scriptural encouragement and prayer, the physicians think they misdiagnosed him! The doctors can find only one little spot in his lungs and one little area in his lymph system! Praise the Name of Jesus who is the Healer! ~ September 2008

On September 4th, 2008, Roger received this testimony from Marilyn Heller. Marilyn had been in the hospital after a splenectomy. Her platelet count was abnormally low. The doctors were treating her, but nothing was successfully bringing the platelet count up. For the past couple of weeks, Roger has prayed with Marilyn and encouraged her with the Word of God. She has now been discharged from the hospital because her platelet count has markedly increased. Hallelujah!

A Christian sister at FLCC was diagnosed with a fistula which was located in a sensitive area. The doctor told her that all fistulas are corrected only by surgery. This lady testifies that after Roger had prayed with her for several weeks, the doctor said, when he examined her, “Whatever you’re doing, keep on doing, because you don’t need surgery now.” The fistula has completely disappeared! Thank you, Jesus.

Mrs. Patricia Stoudenmire phoned on 08-21-08 to share with Roger that she had needed some cash for her own needs and to be able to lend $50 to a family member. She prayed for a while and remembered Scripture verses pertaining to prosperity. Then she felt led to look inside of some envelopes that were in her home. There she discovered $150 cash even though she didn’t put any money there! She is praising the Lord, and we join her in magnifying His holy Name.

On August 10, 2008, we had a communion service at Church with teaching about receiving your healing during Communion. Terry Anderson said that he had serious back pain that morning. After he had gone up front to get the communion elements, he realized that all the pain in his back was gone! God had healed his back! Praise the Lord!

Roger Flanagan had prayed with a lady named Ruth Thomas for the Lord to bless her husband in his job and to give him favor and more hours to work, because the company he works for was going into some phase of a shut down. After a couple of months of prayer, Ruth phoned Roger on 08-19-08 to share that not only had the Lord answered their prayers, but her husband has received a promotion AND a raise in pay! Thank You, Jesus!

Ruben Perez injured his foot on August 15, 2008 and was in extreme pain. His foot had turned black and blue. Roger Flanagan had sent him some Scriptures the night before to meditate upon. Ruben remembered those Scriptures, and decided to release his faith in light of them. He remembered that Isaiah 53 taught that Jesus not only took our sicknesses, but He actually carried our pains away, as well. On the basis of that, he made a verbal declaration that he had NO pain and that his foot was healed in Jesus' Name. In a short time, all of the pain ceased, and the discoloration disappeared!

Carolyn Flanagan prayed for a lady at church named Joy. She had pain in her left shoulder and couldn't lift her arm. Carolyn rebuked the pain, and released the healing anointing into Joy in Jesus' Name. Joy testified that the pain was gone, and she was able to lift her arm all the way up and move it around without pain. Praise the Lord our Healer!
