HAPPY NEW YEAR!
For some people it’s like Happy New "Notebook"!
Have you ever had that feeling of expectation and excitement when you start a new journal or a fresh notebook? Maybe an artist looking at a blank canvas. In one sense it could bring some frustration where there is no vision or hope, but for someone with the Spirit of God on the inside a New Year is a great and exciting time.
Opportunities abound!
You may look ahead and think, “Things don’t look so bright in this world. Where are these opportunities you’re talking about?”
People with the Spirit of God in them and on them should eat problems for lunch!
Problems are your opportunity. Isaiah 60 says gross darkness covers the earth but the glory of the Lord shines upon you.
This New Year is going to be nothing but exciting. You’ll see a greater sweep of the hand of God in this year than you’ve seen in your life till now. You are the chosen ones. You are the problem solvers. As one of my favorite movies closing lines goes: GO GET ‘EM TIGER!
